Russell joined Coastal Wealth Management in 2022 as Operations Manager. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations for the firm. This includes ensuring efficient workflow, implementing and improving operational processes and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations. He strives to maintain a high-quality service delivery, meeting client expectations, and achieving business goals.
Russell decided to make a major career change in 2022 when he left the State Medical Examiners office to work with his father, Tim at Coastal. While at the State Medical Examiners office, he oversaw 8,000 death investigations and was lead investigator in approximately 400 cases.
EDUCATION &FAMILY
Russell attended the University of Colorado. He also received his Medical Legal Death Investigator Certification from University of North Dakota and completed his EMT training.
He is an active member in his church and passionate about his family. He is a single father responsible for raising his beautiful daughter. He enjoys volunteering for various activities in his community and her school, where he also serves as a basketball coach.
