Russell joined Coastal Wealth Management in 2022 as Operations Manager. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the firm. This includes ensuring efficient workflow, implementing and improving operational processes, and coordinating with other departments to support smooth and effective operations. He strives to maintain high-quality service delivery, meet client expectations, and support the firm’s business goals.
Russell made a major career change in 2022 when he left the State Medical Examiner’s Office to work with his father, Tim, at Coastal Wealth Management. While at the State Medical Examiner’s Office, he oversaw 8,000 death investigations and was the lead investigator in approximately 400 cases.
EDUCATION & FAMILY
Russell attended the University of Colorado. He also received his Medicolegal Death Investigator Certification from the University of North Dakota and completed his EMT training.
He is an active member in his church and passionate about his family. He is a proud single father raising his beautiful daughter. He enjoys volunteering for various activities in his community and her school, where he also serves as a basketball coach.
